Bubpad. Refund & Return Policy

At Bubpad, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and international standards.

1. Returns Overview

90-Night Returns: We accept returns for change of mind within 90 days of delivery. Items may be used, but must be returned in good condition, with original packaging (if possible), and proof of purchase.

Free Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for Australian customers. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.

No Final Sale Items: All items, including sale items, are eligible for returns if they meet the conditions above.

This policy does not override your statutory rights under the ACL for faulty, damaged, or misrepresented products (see Section 3).

2. Return Eligibility & Process

a. Change of Mind Returns

Conditions: Items may be used, but must be in good condition and returned with original packaging (if possible) and proof of purchase.

Process:

  • Email support@bubpad.com to request a return.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for Australian customers. International customers may incur return shipping costs.
  • Send the item to:

    (Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.)
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

b. Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Sale Items: Eligible for change-of-mind returns if they meet the conditions above.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

a. Immediate Action Required

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bubpad.com with photos or video proof of the issue.

No Return Shipping Fees: We cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

b. Remedies Under ACL

  • Faulty Items: You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under ACL, regardless of our 90-day policy.
  • Incorrect Items: We will expedite replacements or refunds and may allow you to keep the incorrect item as a goodwill gesture.

4. Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
  • Delays: If your refund takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.

5. International Returns

  • EU Customers: A 3-day cooling-off period applies. Follow the same return conditions outlined above.
  • Shipping Delays: Returns to Australia may take longer due to customs. Please track your package and notify us of any delays.
