1. Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Method
Our shipping is available only within Australia. We ship using trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Cloomby is not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Cloomby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from our suppliers in China. While we ensure smooth customs clearance, Cloomby is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied by Australian customs. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
7. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or customs delays may impact shipping times. Cloomby is not liable for such delays.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cloomby.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.
Cloomby is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@cloomby.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
